Company to Complainant - it had made a deed of trust to said defendants Franklin [Hamm?] and Thomas E. Walker on all of the [Parts?] and right of way of said corporation in [Iona?] County for the purpose of securing certain bonds - which said deed was duly [recorded?] - and thus said Defendants Carmichael and Henry Exectuors had recorded a [illegible] In their [illegible] against said railroad Company in [Iona?] County. and it further appearing to the Courth that the [illegible] set forth in said Complaint are true and that by means of said judgment and deeds of trust, a [closed?] has here made, on the legal title of the said Complainant, and thus the said Mississippi & Missouri Railroad Company neve had any legal or equitable interests in said premises which they could lawfully encumber, by deed or judgment. It is therefore adjudged and decreed that the title to said aforementioned land of the said Thomas C. Durant be and is hereby [illegible] - thus the said defendant - the Mississippi
