and Missouri Railroad Company are and have ever been mere trustees of said lands - and never became [vested?] with the legal or [equitable?] title therein, which they could lawfully encumber by deed or judgment - and that the said trustees Franklin [Hamm?] and Thomas E. Walker and George S. Carmichael & John E. Henry executors of Benjamin F. Carmichael deceased parties defendant - be and are hereby forever enjoined from setting up any title to said [illegible] [described?] lands - under their [illegible] deeds and judgment - against the title of the said Thomas C. Durant - complainant. William W.
