1-2-12-25 commenced- This will stay all proceedings on the execution, & while you are getting ready Mr Lowe in our office will see the deputy & arrange that no steps be taken to harass or annoy you. It will be necessary however that we should act as your attorneys. I have thus written precisely what I should tell you, & what in my judgment is necessary to be done, which I hope you will understand. If I have not been sufficiently explicit or if you desire my personal presence I will on hearing from you find some one to take care of the family & come to New York- Please let me hear from you by telegraph, if you want me Yours truly & [respy.?] Thos. C.J Buckley
