Copy It is agreed that all accounts of T. C. Durant with the U. P. R. R. Co. shall be audited by a Committee at as early a day as practicable and if any differences arise in the same they shall be left to the arbitration of three disinterested parties - one to be chosen by the R. R. Co. one by T. C. Durant and the two so chosen to select a third and the decision of said arbitrators to be final and binding on the parties hereto - all suits between the U P R R Co and the said T. C. Durant or between the Credit Mobilier of America and said Durant now in the [courts?] shall be discontinued on the request of either party hereto - All other matters of accounts and claims between said parties to be adjusted by arbitration if not otherwise agreed upon - not signed # The initials O.A.S Dill are on the top of the original in their hand writing Signed C.
