The Union Pacific R. R. E. are to pay at once Rly. Hazard the amt of a certificate for five first mortgage bonds at the same price same rate of interest including commission at same rate as were paid to other parties (for same vzg of per at per annum & two half per at com. for each four months) Also to pay it sure to said Hazard tho amt due him for 15,000 doll, almost July 26/69 to J. Ponder with out + commission same as heretofore your or her at int + 7 1/2 pr at commission for annum also the amt due him as guarantee with other. This will settle all to my + commission due me + all claim for bond under my subscription heretofore made. The original - a memoranda - not signed Signed Ch. Frost.
