Memo- 1 All claims of the U.P.R. v Mr Durant & all claims of Mr Durant vs the U.P. Rail to the referred [illegible]. 2 All claims of the C. Mob and of the trustees of the Amy & David Contract or either of them or Mr Durant & all claims of Mr Durant or the C. Mob & each trustees to he referred to 3 All other claims of Mr Durant or either of the above Corporations or Trustees to he released 4 the Hazars suit in R. Island to he discontinued without cost to either party & Mr Durant to releace Mr Hazar & all parties from all claims for damages 5 Mr Hazar tell Durant to ratify and confirm all fast [Illegible] of the trustees of the Amy & David contract but [they?] not in any way to effect the above claim v any of them The above in memoranda in hand writing of M Baitlett- not signed (Signed) C.L.
