BOX 3377 Boston, Dec. 24, 1871 T. C. Durant Esq. N.Y. Dear Sir; On the 25th Nov. I addressed you a letter on the subject of the controversy between you and Mr. Hazard, and sent you copies of what I supposed to be the papers agreed on. I have no reply. If the suits in R. P. are to be arressed from farther prosecution I must hear from you at once, as I cannot restrain Mr. Hazard unless the agreements are carried into effect. Very Respectfully, (Bartlett?)
