Copy records 20 Nassau Street New York Jany 6, 1875 Meeting of the Trustees of the Oakes Ames and Davis contracts pursuant the [adjoinment?] Present Messer Ames, Durant, Duff, Bates Dillon & Bushnell Minutes of meeting of yesterday read & approved The Secretary is directed to amke up the interest accounts between the Union Pacific RR Co and contractors, also to allow the charges for transportation to the Union Pacific Company provided the same are made on the same basis as were formerly allowed & in receiving proper vouchers Mr Dillon offered resolution that the a/cs of sale of Income Bonds & Stock presented to the Board be examined by the Secretary and that he report thereon at first meeting of the Trustees Ayes & nay vote being called the following voted aye Ames Durant Dillon Duff Bates Bushnell -- carried On motion of Mr Bates Resolved that the Secretary make up the Salary a/cs and they be paid up to the present time. Aye & nay vote vote being taken
