On motion of Mr Dillon the matter of J J Cisco [illegible] is referred to Messer Bates & Ames, and also the matter of 240 shs of stock due TC Durant be referred to same gentlemen for settlement
The chairman read communication from Emott Hammond & Stickney in relation to the expenses in the Fiske & Pollard suits against the Union Pacific RR Co and others - and in motion it was Resolved that the expense be paid one half by the Trustees and one half by the Union Pacific RR Co from and after this date
