Durant Dear Sir: By this mail I send you a printed pamphlet of Hazard's affidavits expected to be used on the hearing. Much of the matter is old. - All the affidavits from and after page 78 are new. - You have had letter-press copies of them. Possibly some portion of Hazard's affidavit on page 85 may need rebutting affidavits. - Please read it carefully through to the end. On page 97 you will see an attack on Jay Gould
