correct copies, that everything which can be identified as in his handwriting is genuine & etc. -- Then by identifying his handwriting, our evidence is complete. -- As a preliminary to this, W. F. B. Ames ought to be examined. -- At the same time the Books of the U. P. R. R. Co. ought to be produced before the officer and such extracts as are needed tacked to the deposition of the officer of the Co. who has the books in charge. -- Counsel for Hazard will not agree to anything under his instructions and no one can possibly be more difficult to manage than he is.
