My dear Sir, I am not quite sure that I mentioned in my last, what is very important, that I should have the motion which [laws?] on, only [swore? whereby? Driant?]. He should affix my signature and [swear?] that the [porch?] and statements [illegible] contained are true to the best of his knowledge and belief. I was obliged to sign by [Scholars?]. In order to get the paper before the bench within the time named, and I want it signed and sworn to by [W. D? illegible] to meet the objection that it is not properly verified. Don't fail also to procure if possible, the other affidavits mentioned on my back, and as soon as possible. And let me know tomorrow by letter, when
