Gentlemen, I do not see how the case of Dr Durant can be more favorably represented to the Court then it was yesterday, unless in the way I will presently suggest. In case the Court should impose as a condition of allowing us to answer the giving of a bond which we cannot give, we should renew our motion upon proof that we cannot give the Bond, and also upon proof that we have a good
