Saving...
I mentioned this in my letter-- I want the affidavits properly prepared under the eye of [illegible] and [illegible] so that I can have them on Tuesday or the very latest Wednesday morning-- I shall probably want some other things attended to and if so shall write by next mail. If Durant is still absent [illegible] had better telegraph to him to come home unless he has [illegible] important business than to save himself from a Decree of "[illegible] [illegible]" as Hazard claims. If he does not get leave to be heard the Complainant will make up such a Decree as he chooses Truly Abraham [illegible] To H.C. [illegible] Esq. 20 Nassau St. New York City.
