Law Office of Sam'l R. Honey, 127 Thames St. Newport, R. I. March 31, 1879. William Sutphen Esq Dear Sir: I send you a citation which has been served at the request of Dr. Thos. C. Durant for the purpose of enabling you to take certain depositions . . . I have just telegraphed to Durant to return to New York at once to arrange the matter. He will call on you again as he has already done no doubt. Please inform me by return mail if you know the forms which are adapted to the taking of depositions to be used in this State. - If not I must write them out for you.
