Payne, 43 North Main Street, Providence, R.I., Nov 7. 1879 Dear Sir I sent to you some time since by express: copy of Hoxie Contract with [memo?] of the cash + by mail same day a letter asking if Mr. D. would want any more copy of same rates + that he would remit &c. I have no reply from you or Mr D. nor do I have of any application to Col. [Honey?] for an order for a commission. The 28th will soon be upon us. Truly. Abraham Payne W Sutphen
