Law Offices of Tillinghast & Ely, N 10 Woods' Building, 13 South Main St. Providence, R.I. Sept 17th 1880 Wm Sutphen Esq Dear Sir -- Yours of 14th I received yesterday and immediately forwarded it to Mr Peckham and this morning he + Mr Hazard have been here and assented to this arrangement viz; the time for filing objections to my report with me is extended to Saturday October 2d -- and an adjournment taken to Wednesday October 6th at 11 o'clk for further hearing upon them. Please let me hear from Dr. Durant that he has notice of this arrangement - and to avoid misunderstanding, as you speak of filing full exceptions to the Court tho you may file no further objections with me, you understand of course that the former must rest upon + follow the latter.
