the practice that the parties to avail themselves of the right of exception to the final report to the court must [lay?] in basis for such exceptions by like objections to the Draft report filed with the master = The exceptions perhaps need not be exact copies of the objections - tho they often are ie the objections being simply turned into exceptions - but can only as I understand the practice (as a general thing at least) cover the same ground & matters - you are right in understanding that the exceptions are to be filed with the clerk within 30 days after the filing of the final report - Truly Yrs James Tillinghast
