Sutphen Esq Dear Sir: The petition and copy for service did not reach me until to-day as I was absent from town yesterday. I have no suggestions to make in regard to it. The copy has been served on W. Peakham, and he has been notified that at the opening of court in Providence on Saturday morning, we shall ask the court to assign a day for the hearing. -- I shall send the petition to W.
