safe to say that it will not be heard then, and it will be useless for either of us to be be present at the time. If Hazard says he is ready to go on (as he probably will) all W. Payne will need to reply is that he is not and the court never presses attorneys under such circumstance. The filing of the petition in court and a bona fide effort to press it to a hearing will be sufficient ground to obtain another adjournment before the master.
