Providence, R.I. Sept 4- 1880 Mr T.C. Durant Dear Sir I enclose to you herewith as understood I should do, copy of addition to my report - receipt of which you will oblige me by acknowledging. You will recollect no doubt than any further objections your may have to file were to be filed by 17th date of report - they should be sent so as to certainly reach me on or before that day as I propose then immediately to return the report & papers to the Court Respectfully Yours James Tillinghast
