also afterwards purchased and sold the stock largely so that at the time of answering he held more of the stock than he had held at the date of the injunction; but just how much he held at either date and when and at what prices he sold and bought do not appear. So that I can only report as I have done above the total amount of the [bond?] and stock at their par value which he received, or should have received as profits or dividends upon that portion of his stock in the Credit Mobilier which I find he had purchased with its moneys.
