one Mr. Durant was enabled to make by virtue of his being a prior stockholder in the Company must I think be regarded rather as a new investment than as profits upon the original stock within the meaning of the decree under which I am acting. I find therefore that Mr. Durant has received as profits and dividends upon the 5419 3/48 shares of stock which he purchased with moneys of the Credit Mobilier as follows. Of the Union Pacific Rail Road Companys stock at its par value $2,926,665.00 Of said Rail Road Co's first mortgage bonds at their par value. $1,111,048.75 In Cash. $487,777.50.
