Ans No 136 The Union Pacific appointed a Committee to examine this suspense account, whose report should be final and they examined it and reported that they were satisfied with the vouchers; that Committee consisted of Oliver Ames and John J Cisco. Int No 137 Did the Board take any action upon it, when it came in? Ans No 137 I dont know that they did, but the Committee were with power. Benjamin F Ham Adjourned to April 16th 1879 at 10:30 o'clock A. M. April 16th 1879 at 10:30 o'clock A. M. at the office of William Sutphen Esq, Notary Public No 20.
