We the undersigned do hereby subscribe for the number of shares set opposite our respective names in the Capital Stock of the Credit Mobilier of America, a Corporation duly incorporated by an act of Legislature of the State of Pennsylvania under the title of "The Pennsylvania Fiscal Agency", the 1st day of November, 1859, said title being changed by the Legislature aforesaid, March 20th, 1864, to that of the "Credit Mobilier of America", on the following condition: That there be delegated the full powers of the Board of Directors to the New York Agency; that a Railway Bureau be established at said agency to consist of a Board of five managers, three of whom shall be Directors of the
