Company, who shall have the management of railway contracts for which this said Company may be agent, which shall be subject to the approval of the President of the Company, and the subscribers hereto of an amount that shall make the capital stock $1,600,000, and not to exceed $2,000,000, without consent of the holders of three fourths of the Stock issued by said Company, and also on the further condition that no business shall be done by said Company, except it refer to construction as agent or attorney, or by other lawful authority of the Union Pacific Railroad without the consent of three fourths as aforesaid in amount of the Stock" Int No 163 Refer if you can to any place in the records of the Credit Mobilier of America, in which that subscription paper is approved, and if so, find it and read it?
