Int No 198 Did you ever hear Boomer say any thing about the contract in his name? Ans No 198 I have heard him. Int No 199 What did you ever hear Boomer say about it? (Objected to, Mr Boomer not being a party to this suit) Ans No 199 It is a number of years since I have heard Mr Boomer say anything in regard to this matter, and he then expressed his indignation at being in it; I cannot call to mind the words which he used at that time Int No 200 Can you give it a little more definitely than you have? Ans No 200 No, sir; I cannot; as he was in the habit of swearing I think he may have sworn about it. Int No 201 At what did he manifest this feeling? Ans No 201 At the fact that his name was used as a contractor, or that he had entered into a contract or something of that kind. Int No 202 Did he say anything about his being actually a party in interest or not? (Objected to because Boomer is not a party to this suit) Ans No 202 I cannot call it to mind it was shortly after the transaction and that is ten years ago
