Int No 199 What did you ever hear Boomer say about it?
(Objected to, Mr Boomer not being a party to this suit)
Ans No 199 It is a number of years since I have heard Mr Boomer say anything in regard to this matter, and he then expressed his indignation at being in it; I cannot call to mind the words which he used at that time

Ans No 200 No, sir; I cannot; as he was in the habit of swearing I think he may have sworn about it.
