Ans No 205 Yes, sir; that is my recollection Int No 206 I call your attention to page 39 of testimony for Complainants, of Mr Ham, in which you have stated that on November 20, Mr Durant paid on account of his stock in the Credit Mobilier $65,000 and that on the same day the Credit Mobilier gave its two checks - Can you tell me what the amount of each of those checks was? Ans No 206 I do not have the right check book here; I thought I had; I can tell what the amount of those checks is by having the right book here.
