Present Messrs George Francis Train E Reid Myer, Charles M Hall and Oliver W Barnes; minutes of the last meeting have been read and approved" Int No 228 Turn down below to where it says "on motion"? Ans No 228 "On Motion it was resolved that the account of Charles M Hall, Treasurer, which was presented for consideration, be approved and ordered to be placed on file in the papers of the Company On motion the Treasurer or Assistant Treasurer of the Company be and he is hereby authorized to pay $46,000 to H. C. Crane Trustee, New York, for preliminary expenses of the Company Benjamin J Ham April 17th 1879 at 10.30 AM Deposition of Benjamin J Ham
