Deposition of Cornelius S Bushnell, who having been first duly sworn, testifies as follows: Int. No.1 Please look at printed copy of an affidavit on page 24 of the pam- phlet "Affidavits on the part of defendants" in this case, and state whether you are the person named in it as the deponent? Ans. No.1 Yes, sir. Int. No.2 Look at it and see if it is, so far as you recollect, a copy of the affi- davit you made? Ans. No.2 Yes, sir. Int.
