No. 99: On page 31 of Schedule C, testimony for complainants was not your signature to that paper the first paper that you signed or did you sign any paper? Ans. No. 99: (Witness referring to paper) To the best of my memory this is the first written agreement that I executed in regard to the contract. Int. No. 100: How long after that undertaking was it before the assignment was made to the Credit Mobilier? Ans. No. 100: About five or six months. Int. No. 101: At the expiration of those several months what was done with this Stoxie contract? Ans. No. 101: It was assigned to the Credit Mobilier. Int. No. 102: Was it understood by the subscribers of the Credit Mobilier at that subsequent period that they were to participate in the profits during the time it was carried on under this arrangement? -- Objected to by Complainants' Counsel. Ans. No. 102: I cannot say that it was.
