Deposition of Oliver W. Barnes continued Int. No. 82 [By Mr. Bartlett] Please stat in detail all that you and you associates received for your interest in the Pennsylvania Fiscal Agency on the transfer therof to George T. Train, and the parties he represented, and by your interest I mean the charter stock, and everything that you sold? Objected to as assuming that the witness parted with all his interest, and assuming that he knows what other persons received , none of which appears in evidence , and also assuming that the chart was sold, which fact does not appear, but the contrary does appear.
