Adjourned to April 17th 1877 at 10.30 o'clock A.M. April 17th 1879 Deposition of Oliver W. Barnes. continued. Int. No. 101 [By Mr. Tracy]. Look at interrogatory No. 5 and the answer thereto: Do you desire to correct the answer there entered? Ans. No. 101 The interrogatory seems to imply that the five per cent was received in addition to the $5,000 cash and the $15,000 stock. I did not intend to assent to that implication. I meant to assent to the fact that $5,000 in cash and $15,000 in stock was paid as a bonus, but not to imply that any five per cent was paid to me besides. Oliver W. Barnes
