C Durant Corrections of Mr Durants Testimony taken May 7 / 8th Page 1 At the foot of the page What I wish to say is "all or most of these items were taken from the general account of the [H?] Contract and entered in a [separate?] account and charged to the Union Pacific Rail Road Co. and allowed by that Company in their general settlement -- 2d page, near the bottom. Instead of "back to them" say "to the Hoxie Contract" 3d page corrected on the Manuscript "Item of 30 thousand dollars March 21 "these "entries" instead of "these contracts" Same page; "let the time the check was given" instead
