A. I suppose Cisco paid it. I don't recollect the details. I was away a great deal.
428 - Q. Do you know the fact that the money was paid? A. Yes Sir.
429 - Q. How do you know it?
A. I know Stewart told me he got it and I know as to the drafts- what drafts were made in the Company. Q. On which Company Union Pacific Ans. Yes sir sometimes he made drafts to a large amount
430 - Q. What was the Amount?
A. I recollect one draft [illegible]
431 - Q. On whom was that?
A. I don't recollect. Perhaps it was made on me.
432 - Q. Will you produce that draft?
A. I don't know if it is mine to produce. I will produce it if I can find it
