A. I think I was in Washington. They were all there. I cannot recollect about it.
474 - Who was President of the Eastern Division at that time?
A. I don't know. Any impression is John D Perry.
475 - Q. Had n't  Perry delivered these bonds to Kennedy to hold on his receipts
A. I don't know. If they were delivered to Kennedy, they were delivered for me. I don't know who I got them from; I don't recollect.
476 - Q. I wish you would look at page 297 of the record of the case we have already referred to "The Union Pacific RR Co against Jos B. Stewart and see if you didn't receive them from Kennedy?
A. It does not refer to these bonds
477 - Q. Please read the receipt.
A. {examines} I don't know anything about it. I don't know as I ever saw it or heard of it.
