What has this got to do with it. 478 - Now I want to ask you Mr Durant, having read that to you whether or not, on or about the 18th day of September 1865 you testified what I have read you in the Case of Jos B Stewart --"of the Union Pacific R.R.Co Eastern Division against Jos B Stewart" A. I have no recollection of testifying in that case. I think that testimony was in some other case. I think I put the injunction on those bonds in something else and we settled all up. 479 - Q. If, as I suspect, that was so, what other case was it? A. Some other case that was settled in there - there were suits and cross suits//Q. This was in the suit of the Union Pacific Against James C Kenned & Ths C Durant--
