483 - Q. I will ask whether this statement which I now read is a true statement with regard to the facts {Reads} A. I cannot say. There is a printed statement. I presume is is correct. 484 - Q. Do you have any recollection of the facts? A. I recollect I commenced a suit for an injunction against their transferring it. I could not tell you about it none than the man in the moon. 485 Q. Can you state that you swore to a bill? A. I cannot state that I swore to a bill. I recollect that there was a suit and a sworn bill That is all I can tell about it. {Mr Peckham offers a certified copy of that Bill in connection with the testimony which Dr Durant has given concerning it that he presumes it was a true copy.}} A.
