487 - The Master You object to it asking irrelevant
Mr Durant. Yes sir and any other legal objections.
The Master. I cannot consider legal objections to it unless you state them
{Mr Durant proposes to take legal objections.}
The Master. As Mr Durant  [p?] says he takes all legal objection. I can say that it is subject to such objections
To Mr Peckham - You offer this as a sworn document on Mr Durants part--
Mr Peckham I will ask him if it please the Court to look at that paper & see if it is a correct copy.
