Did n't you - haven't you sworn that there were none issued on the first section of 40 miles of the main line of said Railroad [illegible] $95 000 were turned over to John D Perry and were not used and the remaining $545 000 was to be secure John D Perry's advance for $500000 and the Commission $45000 or one ninth
