Q. In what does this differ from the first?
A. I can't swear positively to things that depend entirely on the best of my recollections and belief. From what appears, this is an action of the Board, subsequent to the Contract which modified the Contract after I came away . What the arrangement was between Mr Hallett and th Company in his statement that they had a good and valid Contract under which he was proceeding, I don't recollect.
508 - Q. You are unable to furnish the other Contract A. No sir.
509 - Q. I understand you to say that you cannot furnish a copy of the contract which is referred to in the contract between Hallett and you which you filed this morning?
A. I can't. That is my only contract.
510 - Q. I didn't ask you that. I ask if you could furnish me with it.
A. I haven't the contract now, don't know where to get it
511 Q. I ask if you can furnish a copy-- A. I had n't any copy of the Contract
