A. There was a modification of that at a subsequent date.I don't know who then that is it or not.
516 - Q. I want to call your attention to Depositions 5 & 6 taken in New York-- Who produced these before the Commission before the Notary in the first instance?
A. I think I did.
517 - Q. Where did you get them?
A. I found them among some of Mr Crane's papers of his memorandums of settlement in New York.
518 - Q. You got them from the custody of Mr Crane
A. No those papers were no original papers. Sofar as I know they came
