534 - By Mr Durant, Relative to the money for the control of the Charter used for the Credit Mobilier - the payments I made were $5000 cash. $15000 on full paid stock of the Company & the Philadelphia parties. $25000 dollars in full paid stock to C. F. Train for his interest and the balance for his expenses I don't know what.
