Case of Hazard vs. Durant Afternoon Session June 20/79 A Session was held in the morning for the correction of previous testimony-- Thos C. Durant in Rebuttal A great deal of testimony taken on cross examination refers more particularly to details of account, which would come in, in accounting if accounting is to be had. I haven't introduced testimony as regards that for that reason. As to the copy of the entry of the Journal of the Credit Mobilier in the hand writing of H. C. Crane, beginning & annexed to a discussion filed June 9/79 it is probably that the items there enumerated are cases where the Company had sold the full paid Stock and refunded to the owners the 5 per cent already paid Adjourned J. C. Thompson Reporter Providence R.I.
