for she has attended church several times - been visiting - something very uncommon - gone out for Ice Cream visited the fair - seen "Black Crook". What a different Woman she is - no longer exhausted by little work - these changes from home [illegible] have been of incalculable benefit to her, Ellie - I've spent the most of this week in the dissecting room - a rather filthy business I must say. Will be compelled to wait a few days for a new subject, on Wednesday we had the most terriffic hail storms I ever witnessed - hailstones fell as large as hens eggs lasted for 25 minutes - the pavements were deluged with water - Isn't rather embarrassing to say one does not know if there has been any frost or not, the nights are very cold. Well Sister Ellie you will excuse my haste in writing - I received the two [illegible] for which Im obliged Write Soon Your Brother Milton to his Sister Ellie
