Aunt Ellen has nothing to do with the bill for that box she was paid long before the box was expressed, you might think for you all know her she would not sent anything without being paid for it, to tell the truth I paid her before she procured a thing. Hazels will come in very good play, have plenty of room to crack them. Ellie the photograph will be very [illegible] Thornburg and I got along very well together - Suppose his father did not praise him too highly. Hattie has not gone home yet don't think she will until Sallie accompanies her. She put a letter in the office for you the other day - Beckie and Ellen could not agree - or rather Aunt hated her, despised her, could not bear the sight of her - for some reason or other - I did pity Beckie sometimes but Aunt's hatred is is vengeance. Theodore Neuman and his bride stopped at Mrs Harris yesterday but I was at lectures and did not get to see them - don't know who he he married - I will look for M M about christmas for certain as we will have vacation then and time to go out of the city, but let me know when he leaves home and I will be at the depot for him. Your Brother M
