337 [Dec?] 2" 67 Dec 24 My dear Sister Will write you a short letter this evening Ellie. I was waiting to get one from home before writing. The last one I got was [illegible] Dec 3rd, which has three weeks ago - Hope you are all well - Does Wm intend to surprise us, I've been looking for him - You'll be quite a surprise for most of the folks here - Will introduce Wm to Beckie Schick when he comes Circumstances prevented me from seeing her very often this fall. Ellen can not bear her. Of course then I was compelled to be as quiet as possible. Had plenty of snow last week - never saw such a drifting snowstorm - it has nearly all disappeared and has the appearance of snow at present. Ellie I wish you a merry Christmas one and all. Aunt Ellen is making
