February, Thursday 26. 1885 Mrs Robinson & self left earley in morning for One Oak and worked Bal. day on Inventory & affairs of John H. Floyd decd. Mr. Simmons & A. C. Tucker assisted. Examined safe of Floyd & made list of contents of same & a bucket & Loringe & made a record of everything discovered in presence of above parties Simmons & Tucker & a part Mrs Robinson. Stopped overnight with A. C. Tucker Friday 27. Recd of Jacob Rucker for L. E. Tucker on a/c Floyd note $50.00 Pd Mrs Maxwell for Eggs 1.15 Pd Mrs Maxwell for [Bones?] Honey 1.00 Pd Livery 2 days Floyd matters 6.00 Recd of Peter Berg amy colld for Beer Bottles for Floyd returned 1.60 Worked listing property of Floyd & other Matters & reached home 8 1/2 P.M. Took dinner with L. E. Tucker
