I whent up a monday to see her before she whent home. then is when I seen Miles had to wait till dinner time before I could get to talk any with her. being right in the kitchen with the rest of the family Edna came to see about some pattirns her and [Lizzie?] got [fast?] with Flora being the [calm?] for their trouble nerves she too soon was marching homeward bound Lizzie is getting Carpts ready quilts ready for spring use. They say her an a [illegible] at Grinnell will want them then. Have you got your hot biscuit and honey. [Hony?]!! yet [time?] you should be looking out for your future well fare and who so compitent to help an esperienced person. and me ever ready to help Albert I glat you mad one man happy by helping to fill his hat. I thought my old would do this
