Brush Valley Pa. Sep 20 - 16. Mr. Albert Miller, Kind Sir and once Neighbor yours to [illegible], glad to hear from you and that your Weather has improved and as Dr. M E. Miller used to say I hope it may continue so. The old Dr. was great on hope in his practice Sister Agnes died, Johns wife is dead, they are laid to rest at Indiana. Agnes at Mechanicsburg. Sister Mary at Johnstown. The rest of our family all at Mechanicsburg. I am the only one living of my Fathers family. 56 years of age Dec. 5. Mrs [Peddicord?] still [illegible] but is
